Support
Many of our customers do not have dedicated IT support
staff. A network support contract offers a comprehensive
service whereby anything to do with the network functions
can be passed to Bytebak.
Depending on your needs, one of our Microsoft
Certified engineers can make a regular site visit
as often as you like, depending on your needs, to perform
the administrative duties normally carried out by an IT
supervisor, but at a fraction of the cost.
It is our intention to act as your own internal IT
specialists.
Contact us to discuss which of our support schemes would be
positive and constructive for your company whilst still
offering value for money.
Servers
Servers are everywhere these days. They can help you manage
files and printers, distribute email, share contacts or
diaries and generally do more for you than a PC can.
Bytebak will help you choose the best server and
storage configuration for your needs, from entry level
Pentium D processor systems to multiple quad core Xeon
processor systems with RAID storage. We have
experience of Microsoft Server, Small Business Server and
Microsoft Exchange Server.
Managing your files on a server also helps users access them
remotely. Bytebak can configure your remote
users or a branch office with a secure link into your
server. This means that a user can access their data
where ever they are in the world.
Security
With the widespread availability of broadband, your
network is under constant threat from hackers and viruses as
well as nuisances such as spam.
Bytebak work with ZyXEL and Symantec to
secure your systems against attack.
ZyXEL
offer a complete range of network security solutions for the
small business to larger companies with up to 500 users.
ZyXEL firewalls with UTM (unified
threat management) can not only protect you against attacks,
but also scan incoming data for viruses/trojans and filter
incoming emails to reduce spam before they ever reach your
servers.
Symantec Endpoint Security solutions
protect your organization from known and unknown threats and
enforce security policies on laptops, desktops, servers, and
mobile devices.
