Many of our customers do not have dedicated IT support staff. A network support contract offers a comprehensive service whereby anything to do with the network functions can be passed to System IT.

Depending on your needs, one of our Microsoft Certified engineers can make a site visit once a month or even once a week, to perform the administrative duties normally carried out by an IT supervisor, but at a fraction of the cost.  We provide a speedy response to any problem which may arise and can even provide remote assistance.

System IT have teamed up with NTR Global to provide remote assistance to our customers.  Our system allows a System IT technician to take control of your computer as if they were sat in front of it.  To date, this has helped us provide support to our customers when they are out on the road or even out of the country!  It can also drastically reduce response times to business critical problems.  Due to traffic congestion these days, a problem can often be resolved within the time it would take an engineer to get to your premises.

We have developed a choice of schemes to aid us in achieving a level of support that is positive and constructive for your company whilst still offering value for money.
